Il Prep Top Times- State Champs 4x800

The boys had great performances in the Illinois Prep Top Times unofficial state indoor meet. In an incredibly exciting race the boys passed Cahokia and Mahomet-Syemour to capture 1st by 2 hundreths of a second. Jake Gillum led off in a terrific opening leg, Nick Bradshaw and Jacob Gray kept the boys at the top in the 2nd and 3rd legs and freshmen Adam Gilbreath-Glaub anchored the exciting finish. Jake came back after that to capture 4th in the 1600 in a solid 4:26. Austin Kasap finished a respectable 10th in the Shot Put in his first visit to the meet. Great job boys!!
