Photo Finish: Boys Win Competitive ABC Invite

The boys had just enough depth to win the 7 team Metamora ABC Invite. Winning in the A division for the birds was Ethan Hodel in the 400, Austin Kasap in the Shot Put and Ethan Poston in the High Jump. Winning in the B division were Xavier Gutierrez in the 400, Jacob Gray in the 800, Conner Lopez in the 110 HH, Dathan Reynolds in the 300 IH, Joe Burch in the Shot Put and the 4x200 relay team of Geier, Wiegand, Williams and Helms. Winning in the C division were Trent Cox in the 200, Hunter Roedell in the 800, Colton Barb in the 3200, John Gatton in the 300 IH, Joe Burch in the Discus, Mitchell McKelvey in the High Jump and Tanner Kurtz in the Triple Jump. Great job to everyone who competed!

The meet ended on an exciting note as Eureka edged Metamora in a photo finish in the 4x400- both teams ran to the two top times in the area as of this meet.
